Role Overview:

  • This fully remote role functions as an extension of the clinic front desk team, handling inbound/outbound calls and patient communications.
  • The representative is responsible for ensuring patients feel supported and informed throughout their care journey with empathy and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer patient calls, reschedule appointments, verify insurance, and respond to inquiries via multiple channels.
  • Manage no-show/cancellation lists, maintain documentation in EMR, and follow established call center protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support patient experience and meet performance metrics and quality scores.

Schedule & Requirements:

  • Work a consistent weekly schedule including late afternoons and evenings, with specific shifts from Monday to Sunday and days off on Wednesday and Saturday.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with experience in a medical office or healthcare call center preferred.
  • The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and excels in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
