Position Responsibilities:
- Efficiently triage incoming phone calls from members and pharmacies.
- Identify, accurately document, and escalate member and pharmacy concerns.
- Communicate issues and solutions to members and relevant internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service, call center, and/or health care experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume environment.
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
