Responsibilities:
- You will answer a high volume of inbound calls.
- Transfer and direct calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Healthcare experience and experience with scheduling appointments and EMR and EHR (Electronic Medical/Health Records) databases preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstration of caring, empathy, and compassion.
