Essential Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and contacts, appropriately screen, transfer, resolve and dispose of calls expeditiously.
  • Review, process, schedule and authorize orders according to department protocols.
  • Ensure timely documentation of updates and communication.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
  • Minimum of one year of call center experience.
  • Must be flexible with work hours.
