Essential Job Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and contacts, appropriately screen, transfer, resolve and dispose of calls expeditiously.
- Review, process, schedule and authorize orders according to department protocols.
- Ensure timely documentation of updates and communication.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
- Minimum of one year of call center experience.
- Must be flexible with work hours.
