Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls
- Transfer and direct calls
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Healthcare experience and experience with scheduling appointments and EMR and EHR (Electronic Medical/Health Records) databases (medical assistant, medical front office)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
