Job Description
Looking for L3 support engineers to join our team and provide support to one of our clients. Provide technical support/triage (L2&L3 support only) and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, security, backups, and cloud services. Manage and maintain deployed applications in Azure including custom and off-the-shelf software and components. Monitor and optimize IT performance, availability, and reliability. Coordinate and collaborate with other IT engineering teams and vendors.
Role requires being able to work from 5 PM PST to 1 AM PST (8 AM UTC+8 to 5 PM UTC +8). The team offers totally remote, full-time (40h/week) along with flexible paid time off (PTO) after the first 3 months of employment.
