Job Description

The Growth Team Lead at Massive Rocket is an operational leadership role that combines sales management, client experience oversight, and sales operations excellence. Reporting to the Director of Growth, you'll lead a team of Account Managers to drive revenue growth through both new client acquisition and existing client expansion. This role requires a unique blend of coaching expertise, operational rigor, and cross-functional collaboration to optimise our land-and-expand model while maintaining the highest standards of client experience. You'll be responsible for developing your team's capabilities across the full client lifecycle, from initial prospecting through long-term account growth. Working closely with operations and delivery teams, you'll implement systems and processes that accelerate pipeline velocity while ensuring sustainable, profitable growth. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll balance strategic oversight with tactical execution, serving as both a mentor to your team and an escalation point for our most critical client relationships.
