About the Role:
- Own the customer journey for swag programs in collaboration with the GTM team.
- Lead ideation sessions translating business goals into executable product concepts.
- Curate elevated product options including factory-direct and custom solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent Enterprise opportunities on schedule and budget.
- Build compelling proposals and presentations with the Swag Operations team.
- Partner with GTM to shape bulk swag opportunities early.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years distributor-side experience in branded merchandise or promotional products.
- Deep knowledge of supplier network and managing complex programs above $500k.
- Proven track record of owning customer relationships in project management capacity.
