As a Senior Recruiter at The Zebra, you’ll play a critical role in driving full-cycle recruiting, owning high-priority roles across multiple departments, and ensuring alignment with hiring managers and cross-functional partners. You should be a proactive partner, an adaptable operator, and a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative and data-informed environment.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and close. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understand their team needs and priorities, and provide strategic guidance. Drive alignment with stakeholders through structured processes, effective communication, and clear expectations. Utilize Ashby to manage candidate pipelines, build reports, and maintain recruiting data hygiene.
