Due Diligence
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the evaluation and execution of transactions, including M&A, in-licensing, strategic collaborations, partnerships, and investments to expand the portfolio.
- Manage the full deal lifecycle: initial assessment, business case, valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing.
- Coordinate cross-functional due diligence teams and synthesize findings for senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD) strongly preferred.
- 12-15+ years of experience in biopharma corporate development, investment banking, or consulting.
- Strong financial capabilities including valuation methodologies and rNPV/DCF analysis.

- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
