Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the KYB Operations team, setting KPIs and providing regular performance insights.
  • Own QA frameworks and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality output.
  • Partner with Product to drive tooling and automation improvements.

Operational Oversight:

  • Translate compliance policy into scalable operational workflows and documentation.
  • Act as the domain authority for KYB, handling escalations and operational guidance.
  • Evaluate and integrate new vendors, ensuring operational readiness.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Influence vendor selection and policy requirements across Compliance, Legal, and Sales.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to enhance the partner and customer onboarding experience.
  • Operate at both strategic and operational levels, engaging with executives and analysts.
