This role involves owning and growing the academic customer base, driving acquisition, retention, success, and expansion of accounts. The Head of Academia will design and execute growth strategies, focusing on demand generation, activation, and revenue expansion. They will identify trends, surface opportunities, and represent Prolific in the Academic community. This role requires a deep understanding of the academic research ecosystem and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
