Role Overview:

  • Owns Central Ops analytics that expose operational truth: success rates, defect patterns, recurrence, adoption, audit coverage, RCA and CAPA performance, and reporting freshness.
  • Defines metric hygiene: consistent definitions, owners, and change logs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain the Central Ops dashboards that support daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.
  • Produce segmented insights by market, service line, and defect type to drive better prioritization.
  • Partner with QA and Process Excellence to quantify impact of changes and verify if recurrence actually drops.
