Job Description
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing, coaching, and scaling a team of full-cycle SMB/MM Account Executives who own the entire sales process from outbound prospecting through closed-won. You will drive alignment between individual performance and company-wide revenue goals, ensuring each rep knows exactly what great looks like, and how to get there. You’ll set clear expectations, deliver fast and honest feedback, and create a culture of accountability and growth. This role requires more than motivation, it demands the operational discipline to enforce standards, the backbone to have hard conversations, and the focus to steer the team toward what matters most. You’ll be in the action running stand ups, jumping into calls, troubleshooting deals, and helping reps focus on the right opportunities at the right time.
