Represent stakeholder voice, align to business strategy, and foster relationships.
Contribute to product vision by defining roadmap and owning backlog.
Lead design sessions, review user experience, and develop strategies for improvement.

Execution & Delivery:

Prioritize backlog items, serve as primary stakeholder contact, and collaborate with teams.
Write user stories, validate deliverables, and provide demonstrations.
Ensure post-implementation support, including training and change management.

Team Management:

Manage and mentor a team of 2–5 Business Analysts.
Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and assess capacity.
Review time-off requests and allocate resources based on project demands.
