Senior Accountant

Accounts Payable:

• Own the end-to-end AP cycle with a bias toward automation-first design.
• Build and maintain smart aging and payment term workflows that proactively surface cash flow risks.
• Enforce internal controls and approval hierarchies that are scalable by design.

Invoicing & Accounts Receivable:

• Own the invoicing process end-to-end, with a focus on automating generation and distribution at scale.
• Drive a collections process supported by automated follow-up sequences, intelligent prioritization of delinquent accounts.
• Build and maintain AR reconciliation infrastructure capable of handling high payment volumes across multiple processors with minimal manual intervention.

General Ledger & Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and recurring transactions.
• Maintain general ledger integrity, including account coding standards and period-end close accuracy.
• Lead month-end and year-end close contributions with a continuous improvement lens.
