Job Description

The Talent Management Program Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of key programs that shape IEM employees’ journey from day one throughout their career. This role will work closely with the Talent Development Team, HR team members, business leaders, and employees to ensure programs run smoothly, tools and resources are developed to help new hires integrate quickly, and Talent Management program participants have the resources they need to succeed. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires, partnering with HR and functional leaders to ensure onboarding reflects company values, safety standards, and business priorities. The role also involves supporting the coordination and execution of early career and rotational development programs, assisting with employee engagement surveys, and managing employee recognition programs. Furthermore, the coordinator will oversee the program lifecycle, managing detailed project plans, supporting reporting and data analysis, and assisting with key people programs throughout the year.
