Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve issues for radiology IT systems.
- Analyze and resolve technical problems to minimize disruptions.
- Document troubleshooting activities and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and clinical staff.
Skills:
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Salesforce ServiceCloud, ZenDesk, or ServiceNow.
- Practical knowledge of Linux, including CLI commands.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and HIPAA compliance.
