Manager, Post Workflow US Operations

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with clients to identify workflow challenges and define requirements for optimized solutions.
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of workflow engineers responsible for post-production automation.
• Own end-to-end accountability for projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective issue resolution.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in post-production engineering, preferably with workflow automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of post-production tools including Avid Media Composer and Adobe Creative Suite.
