Job Description
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value. Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise as primary resources. Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment. Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team. Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets. Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts. Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes. Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
