Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Military Health strategic communications or similar roles, and expertise with Defense Health Agency systems.
- Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, change management, and preparing executive-level briefings for senior leaders.
Skills and Tools:
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, collaboration platforms like SharePoint and Jira, and modeling tools such as Visio and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear deliverables.
- Relevant certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma are beneficial.
