  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop detailed project roadmaps and ensure initiatives align with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Human Centered Design, IT, product development, and clinical operations to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Military Health strategic communications or similar roles, and expertise with Defense Health Agency systems.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, change management, and preparing executive-level briefings for senior leaders.

Skills and Tools:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, collaboration platforms like SharePoint and Jira, and modeling tools such as Visio and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear deliverables.
  • Relevant certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma are beneficial.
