Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries and provide technical support through chat; assisting customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving; ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner; documenting customer interactions and provide detailed notes for reference; collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
