Job Description
Facilitate and lead meetings with member firms, banks, the vendor, and the internal team. Set scoping calls and request bank and IT finance system contacts. Set bank discovery calls and liaise with IT finance. Provide the finance system file and bank specifications to Fides for analysis and triage feedback. Create Project Plans using Microsoft Projects. Coordinate activities along with Business Analysts and Implementation Consultants. Develop strong working relationships with clients, anticipating needs and communicating regularly. Manage stakeholder expectations, project plans, and communications as needed to move forward in the service delivery process. Generate progress reports. Create testing plan and testing scenarios. Coordinate completion of statement of work and bank paperwork. Provide support to client after product go-live and monitor any production issues.
