A strategic role responsible for owning the full contract lifecycle for high-impact commercial agreements, including B2B partnerships, vendor contracts, and licensing deals. You’ll be the go-to expert for legal drafting, negotiation, and risk mitigation, partnering closely with teams across the business to support smart growth as we scale toward $1B in revenue. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including B2B partnership, vendor, licensing, and service contracts. Customize contract language to align with business goals, legal standards, and risk tolerance. Manage redlines and lead contract negotiations with external partners, vendors, and legal counsel. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts meet business needs and support company growth. Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, Maintain accurate version control, metadata, and contract records to ensure audit readiness and performance tracking. Monitor key contract milestones, expirations, and renewals.
