Head of Generative AI

What you'd actually be doing:

• Discovery: test new models and techniques weekly, bring back what moves the needle.
• Scaling: design face consistency and model standards across all characters.
• Maintenance: fix LoRA drifts, patch pipeline issues, ensure the stack runs.

What we're looking for:

• Deep expertise in image and video generation models in production.
• Proven ability to build face consistency at scale and train LoRAs.
• Strong opinions on model evaluation, GPU cost control, and prompt architectures.
