Operations Business Analyst, Behavioral Health

Supporting Behavioral Health operations, this role blends data-driven insight with structured project execution to improve operational performance, drive informed decision-making, and deliver strategic outcomes. The Operations Business Analyst will ensure data insights and project deliverables are aligned with business goals and contribute to measurable improvements in service delivery, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing data to identify trends, maintaining KPI dashboards, and coordinating projects across cross-functional teams. Managing project meetings, conducting gap analysis, and supporting User Acceptance Testing are also key. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in data tools, familiarity with project management software, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical abilities in a fast-paced environment.
