What You’ll Be Doing:
- Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of stakeholders via workshops and surveys.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and create process models.
- Manage multiple client engagements and leverage AI tools for efficiency.
What We’d Love to See:
- 5+ years of web project lifecycle in a MarTech digital agency.
- Experience with CMSs like Contentstack, Contentful, or Sitecore.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Agile/Waterfall.
