Technical Business Analyst (8 months FTC)

Who We're Looking For:

• You are a Technical Business Analyst who bridges business objectives and technical delivery.
• You have 5+ years of BA experience, strong in customer data, CRM, CDPs, and Agile delivery.
• You are comfortable facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders, and translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner with CRM, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and delivery.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Strong experience in gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization use cases.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and experience in Martech ecosystems.
