Senior Business Analyst

About the Role:

• As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• You'll help shape improvements across the Salesforce ecosystem and connected enterprise systems, ensuring technology supports efficient processes and delivers measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders across multiple functions to define solution requirements and translate them into user stories and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and data engineers to design scalable business solutions.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience.

Essential Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in business analysis, delivering system implementation or business process improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, primarily Salesforce Clouds, and associated business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
