Staff Business Systems Specialist

Role Overview:

• Architect and maintain scalable cross-system business processes across Salesforce, PartnerStack, and Zendesk.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term systems vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional business process design for GTM motions including lead management and partner operations.
• Conduct proactive system audits and performance assessments to identify gaps and mitigate risks.
• Enable and train cross-functional users, driving adoption of new tools and processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 4 years of experience.
• Proven experience translating sales user needs into scalable system enhancements across Salesforce.
• Expertise in architecting high-performance integrations between Salesforce, PartnerStack, and Zendesk.
