What you'll own:
- Stand up Product Operations as a horizontal function serving the full product portfolio.
- Own the New Product Introduction process end-to-end for every AI-powered product.
- Own portfolio prioritization across the product organization.
What success looks like in 6 months:
- Product Operations established with team in place and NPI process operational.
- At least one stage-gate review resulted in a hold or capability-tier adjustment.
- Portfolio prioritization running with a single source of truth.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in product, product operations, or program leadership.
- Demonstrated ownership of a stage-gate or release-governance process.
- Credibly fluent in LLM-based products and governance.
