Job Description
Grow Camunda’s footprint across Israel and Eastern Europe, focusing on the Technology and BFSI sectors. This role provides an exciting opportunity to join a sales team at a pivotal moment in Camunda's growth. You'll work with forward-thinking companies modernizing business process orchestration. Responsibilities include driving net new ARR, expanding existing accounts, leading complex sales cycles (discovery, evaluation, solution positioning, and negotiation), and partnering with solutions engineers, legal, product, and executive stakeholders.
Additionally, you'll identify, engage, and influence key technical and business stakeholders, including VP- and C-level decision-makers. Proactively generate pipeline through outbound campaigns, account-based strategies, and collaboration with ADRs and partner ecosystems. Build and execute strategic account plans to support long-term customer value and sustainable growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Solutions to translate customer use cases into real business outcomes.
