Recruiting Coordinator

As a Recruiting Coordinator you'll be the engine that helps our recruiting efforts go, helping to schedule onsite interviews and moving candidates through the pipeline. As the first point of contact for many candidates, you'll help ensure new potential recruits have a positive experience. You'll play a key role in helping assemble a talented staff to help us build reliable, interpretable and steerable AI systems. In collaboration with our recruiting team, you'll continuously improve our recruitment processes and candidate experience. Responsibilities include regularly scheduling a high volume of candidate interviews, debriefs, and reference checks and to act as the primary point of contact for candidates.
