Find and attract the world's best recruiters to work at Talentful, utilizing a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies. This role involves working internally at Talentful, supporting the revenue function, and partnering with top-tier stakeholders to help them understand the value of good talent practice.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of non-technical or R4R recruitment sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment, along with high-volume hiring experience, strong sourcing skills, and expertise with Boolean. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional organizational skills, are also required.
