Remote Truck Driver Recruiter

We’re seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Truck Driver Recruiters. In this fully remote, commission-only position, you’ll help source and place CDL-A drivers across a wide range of carrier opportunities nationwide. With 70% commission per successful hire, recruiters typically earn between $1,000 to $3,000+ weekly, depending on performance and effort. We provide the systems, training, and support—you bring the hustle. You will source and screen qualified CDL-A truck drivers, match drivers to positions that fit their experience and preferences, assist with onboarding and communication throughout the hiring process, and maintain organized tracking of leads and placements, all while working independently.
