Job Description

Be instrumental in expanding the reach and adoption of Bitso's issued stablecoins, MXNB and BRL1, responsible for generating new partnerships and driving the growth strategy for these key products. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for stablecoins, identifying key use cases and target partners across various industries and segments. Proactively generate and manage a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities, from initial outreach and qualification through negotiation and deal closure, leading 20+ conversations at any given time. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration. Negotiate and secure new contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that drive stablecoin adoption and usage. Gather market and customer insights to inform Bitso's stablecoin strategy and product development. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for new partnerships. Act as a visible ambassador for Bitso’s stablecoin initiatives, representing the project at industry events, conferences, panels, and working groups.
