This is a unique opportunity to be the first Renewal Manager in the APAC region for Mural, joining the existing APAC pod and focusing on managing the renewal process of existing clients in the region. The position requires a customer-focused individual who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and work collaboratively with internal teams to drive renewal success. Responsibilities include managing the renewal process, engaging with customers, preparing renewal proposals, maximizing customer retention, providing customer support, and maintaining records in the CRM system. The role involves forecasting renewal performance and working with customer success, sales, and finance teams. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment, with a track record of managing customer renewals and proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce. The ability and willingness to work in a remote environment is required.
