About the Role:
- Work side by side with clinical leadership to support a network of 600+ licensed therapists
- Answer hard clinical questions and protect the quality of care families count on
- Build the tools and resources that make great clinical work easier to do
What you'll do:
- Support providers through clinical questions, complex cases, and documentation
- Help monitor clinical quality and surface the trends that make care better
- Own the operational workstreams that keep the clinical function running at scale
What we're looking for:
- A clinician who has already made the leap into startups and digital health
- At least 5 years of pediatric clinical experience as a licensed SLP or OT
- An operational instinct for managing projects and closing every loop
