Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing project planning, tracking, and execution using Airtable, ensuring deadlines and dependencies are clearly defined.
- Manage budget tracking and supplier administration, coordinating with Marketing, Finance, and Procurement.
- Serve as the central operational point for cross-functional collaboration and data consolidation for reports.
What We're Looking For:
- 4–6 years of experience in project management or marketing operations, ideally in events or multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong skills in Airtable, SAP, budget tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic, with a structured, analytical mindset and attention to detail.
