Internal Events & Project Ownership:
- Own internal company events as end-to-end projects, from planning to execution.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, owners, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across People, Marketing, Leadership, Operations, and other teams.
Company Events & People Experience Initiatives:
- Support planning and execution of internal company events, team meetups, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with the team on swag, entertainment, internal content, and employee experience projects.
- Own annual Company Offsite and maintain a clear event calendar.
AI Agents & Process Automation:
- Work with AI tools and agents to improve project management, documentation, and operational workflows.
- Manage AI-assisted workflows while ensuring human oversight and quality.
- Help the team work faster by improving processes, templates, and systems.
