Job Description
Mozilla IT is seeking an outstanding engineer who will be responsible for supporting the ERP system daily as well as managing the delivery of NetSuite initiatives and business processes. The role is a key resource in the architecture, implementation, training, support, documentation, management, and providing of technical and functional assistance. Someone who enjoys working with different teams and determining the best solution to address their needs and make them more successful. Someone who is passionate about learning and innovation, loves to experiment to find the best way to solve customers’ problems. You will evaluate the needs of a business and develop systems that meet those needs. You will plan, review, and revise functional configuration, customizations, automation and enhancements, system maintenance and business process testing, which includes running custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searching and reporting, and user roles to support business requirements. You will research and resolve issues, design new workflows, maintain knowledge of the latest technology and software for integration to improve the process and user interaction with the systems. You will lead new releases, test updates, and effectively roll out new features. Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
