Role:

  • Facilitate customer discovery workshops, demonstrating the solution and aligning to business value.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business benefits and gather customer feedback.
  • Be the voice of the customer and provide field feedback to product management.

Qualifications:

  • Build trustful business relationships and possess great communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience driving technical activities in complex organizations and creating/influencing enterprise architectures.
  • Customer-centric attitude and experience working with diverse teams.

Additional Skills:

  • Public or Private Cloud, Machine Learning, AIOps.
  • Scripting knowledge is a plus.
  • Solution consulting and/or presales background in datacenters domains.
