Role:
- Facilitate customer discovery workshops, demonstrating the solution and aligning to business value.
- Translate technical capabilities into business benefits and gather customer feedback.
- Be the voice of the customer and provide field feedback to product management.
Qualifications:
- Build trustful business relationships and possess great communication and presentation skills.
- Experience driving technical activities in complex organizations and creating/influencing enterprise architectures.
- Customer-centric attitude and experience working with diverse teams.
Additional Skills:
- Public or Private Cloud, Machine Learning, AIOps.
- Scripting knowledge is a plus.
- Solution consulting and/or presales background in datacenters domains.
