Job Description

This is a contract role for a Merchant Onboarding Specialist to support merchants in their onboarding journey, ensuring they activate successfully and understand our products. You will act as the first point of contact for newly onboarded merchants in the Philippines, providing product knowledge and guidance. The role involves supporting merchants in payment method activation, guiding them on best practices for using HitPay tools, and troubleshooting onboarding issues. Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, and Product teams.
