- Set growth roadmap, capital allocation, and performance targets with full accountability.
- Optimize cohort economics, reduce churn, and expand LTV through targeted campaigns aligned to Australian consumer behavior.
Creative Strategy & Performance Integration:
- Translate performance insights into creative briefs and high-velocity asset production.
- Ensure feedback loops between paid media, UGC, and influencer output for continuous optimization.
- Manage the end-to-end creator ecosystem, sourcing, negotiation, activation, and performance tracking to drive measurable revenue.
Market Localization & Brand Relevance:
- Adapt global playbooks to the Australian market, ensuring all creative, copy, pricing, partnerships, and digital touchpoints resonate locally.
- Own conversion architecture landing pages, PDPs, checkout, pricing, and bundles.
- Run structured experiments to maximize CVR, AOV, and full-funnel efficiency.
