Own and scale Primer’s global sales strategy: Lead the design, execution, and continual refinement of Primer’s end-to-end sales strategy across all markets. You will be responsible for setting the commercial vision, aligning cross-functional resources, and delivering against ambitious revenue targets. This includes owning key deals, iterating on playbooks, and driving expansion into new verticals and geographies.
Build, inspire and uplevel a world class sales team: Lead a high-performing, distributed team of BDMs and sales leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, clarity, and ambition.
Act as a strategic growth partner across Primer: Collaborate with Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure sales is embedded in every stage of the customer lifecycle.
Drive operational excellence and commercial rigor: Instill a culture of data-driven decision-making, urgency, and reliability with a strong emphasis on collaboration with our Revenue Operations and Finance teams.
