  • Maintain KPIs like booking rate and call time, and perform outbound scheduling and follow-ups as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience, with home services experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan is a plus, and HVAC knowledge is beneficial but not required.
