Head of Launch

As we scale, we're searching for a world-class Head of Launch to build You’ll be responsible for getting new homes from signed to live—faster, better, and more consistently. This is a high-impact leadership role with immense leverage. End-to-end ownership of the launch funnel: From the moment a new home is signed, you’ll be responsible for getting it live on Wander and working with a cross-functional team including marketing, operations and product to build a world-class launch machine. Drive consistent improvements in the launch process to accelerate velocity over time and reduce launch-related costs.
