Job Description
Own high-priority accounts end-to-end, from implementation to ongoing customer success. Build and drive project plans from kickoff to go‑live and run weekly stand‑ups. Partner with Ops/CS, Product, Sales & Founders to set weekly work plans and manage deliverables. Lead exec readouts and working sessions while managing scope and risks. Track business impact, milestones, and expansion pipeline. Translate wins into renewals and articulate value to stakeholders. Capture customer feedback and standardize playbooks. The company wants someone who takes ownership, is meticulous, and loves operational excellence.
