Job Description
As a Senior Operations Specialist at Wild Alaskan Company, you'll provide support to our Supply Chain team, ensuring that our seafood, dry goods, and value added inventory flows seamlessly from fulfillment centers to members’ doorsteps. Reporting to our Senior Fulfillment Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to quality, sustainability, traceability, and member satisfaction.
Core responsibilities include weekly order file processes, being a gate keeper for the OPs Reporter and guardian of inventory. You will also perform reconciliation, send out weekly projections and inventory scorecards to fulfillment centers. Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary through the review of the looker dashboard KPIs and note any inefficiencies. You will be a fulfillment center liaison, finventory custodian, counting guru, and back up to the Final Mile Manager. Assist the Sr Fulfillment Manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities, including onboarding & offboarding FCs, and other special projects.
