First year pay includes $17.31 per hour, a guaranteed minimum monthly bonus of $1,333 for months 1-7, plus commission opportunities.
Historical average total compensation for new hires is between $56,000 and $66,000 in the first year.
After the first year, average total compensation ranges from $62,000 to $112,000, based on hourly pay and commissions.

Work Schedule:

Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 6AM to 6PM Pacific Time, and Saturdays from 7AM to 4PM Pacific Time.
New agents work a 5-day week including Saturdays with a weekday off; after 6-12 months, may qualify for a Monday-Friday schedule.
